Job Description:

• Serve as the face and voice of Anantarupa Studio for various internal and external events.
• Deliver presentations confidently and enthusiastically to introduce products, encourage participation, and engage the audience.
• Build and maintain friendly and engaging communication with the audience.
• Facilitate active interactions through digital platforms, such as chat and Discord Lokapala, and encourage users to download the app and participate in games.
• Organize and lead internal and external events, including live streams, webinars, and product promotion events. Ensure events are dynamic and enjoyable to enhance participant experience.
• Master detailed information about Anantarupa Studio’s products to provide clear and persuasive explanations to the audience.
• Develop strategies to promote products in an engaging and relevant manner.
• Assist in creating promotional content, such as videos, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Deliver messages in a style that aligns with Anantarupa Studio’s identity and values.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and resolve issues related to team dynamics.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in recognition programs and celebrate employee achievements, both as a host and as part of the supporting team.

Job Qualifications:

• A high school graduate/bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a host, influencer, or in a similar role with a focus on public speaking and audience engagement.
• Excellent public speaking abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to build friendly and engaging relationships with the audience.
• Skills in creating engaging content and developing strategies to boost audience participation and engagement.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Ability to use live streaming software and other interactive tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and team needs.
