- 1 to 2 years of experience as a host, influencer, or in a similar role with a focus on public speaking and audience engagement.
- Excellent public speaking abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to build friendly and engaging relationships with the audience.
- Skills in creating engaging content and developing strategies to boost audience participation and engagement.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems. Ability to use live streaming software and other interactive tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and team needs.
