Job Description:

• Design, develop, and produce creative content for games, including narratives, dialogues, and visual elements.
• Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of vision and execution of content.
• Analyze industry trends and player behavior to create relevant and engaging content.
• Manage content production schedules, ensuring all deliverables are timely and meet quality standards.
• Review and edit content to ensure alignment with the game’s style and objectives.
• Gather feedback from teams and players to continually enhance content quality and engagement.
• Create and maintain content documentation for future team reference.

Job Qualifications:

• High school graduate/bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, Communication, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a content producer or in a related role within the gaming industry.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities; capable of crafting engaging and immersive narratives.
• Understanding of gaming industry trends and player dynamics.
• Experience managing projects and teams; ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve content quality.
