Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with project management and coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Support event planning and other executive needs as required.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
